This contraction is the worst in the history of India after Independence. However , Godi Media which is completely busy in giving judgement to Sushant Singh Rajput case won't pay a heed regarding this failure of Government. For some adorers it can be a masterstroke too but i don't wanna interfere in their thinking and their blind faith.                         Source - BusinessToday.in On 27 August , Financial Minister of India , Nirmala Sitharaman said , Covid-19 is an 'act of God' and it could lead to the contraction of economy. Why women need to be in Politics?

There is growing recognition of the untapped capacity and talents of women and women leadership. Over the last decade, the rate of women representation in national parliaments globally has incrementally increased from 15 percent in 2002 to 19.8 percent in 2012. Some regions have seen particularly dramatic increases, such as Sub-Saharan Africa, where the number of women in parliaments has risen from 13.7 to 19.8 percent, and the Arab States region, which has seen an increase from 6.1 to 14.7 percent. This is still well below the 30 percent benchmark often identified as the necessary level of representation to achieve a critical mass  not to mention falling short of women representation as half of the worlds population. Some of the prominent women leaders who gained  respect as well as peer recognition:-   1. The story of ongoing struggle in Belarus

Belarus , one of the country in Europe which shares its boundary with Latvia , Lithuania , Poland , Russia and Ukraine . Belarus has become a matter of great discussion because of their ongoing struggle for freedom that is why my attention went on this subject. You will think why i wrote ' freedom ' as Belarus got the freedom on 25 August 1991 after the dissolution of Soviet Union . Three years after the soviet union abdicated , in 1994 , first presidential election held in Belarus  in which   Alexander Lukashenko  won the elections with 80.6 % vote in his favour and this is the only election which has been held in fair manner .  On 9 August 2020 , the sixth presidential election happened in which Lukashenko stood for sixth time to become president .  However ,  Lukashenko has been becoming president since 1994 due to unfair elections as claimed by different foreign observers . Those who stand as a political rival against Lukashenko is being jailed in either criminal case or

Majoritarianism is not nationalism

Starting with the word Majoritarianism which reflects about the society in which a group or a community in majority will rule and set their own supremacy .  A renowned historian of ancient India professor of  JNU  Romila Thapar  in her live online lecture said , " Nationalism is the reflection of how people in a society think about their collective self . The collective means that everyone that constitutes the nation should be included as equal citizens .  But when nationalism is defined by a single identity , which can either be language or religion or even ethnicity , then nationalism gets derailed into majoritarianism . And majoritarianism is not nationalism . " She further said that struggle for independence had an inclusive nationalism of Indians opposed to British rule. But apart from these thoughts many people and politicians became so blind in love for Hinduism that they are not ready to understand the meaning of Nationalism. Their blind love is teaching them about Hi

Positive vibes coming from India

Let's rewind the clock on 25 March 2020 when Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially declared the nation wide lockdown in order to tackle the pandemic due to Covid-19 . Without any pre - alert the lockdown declared which leads to havoc among common citizens. Everyone rushed to markets to buy essential stuff for livelihood . Hundreds and thousands of people lost their jobs. Lack of planning and management by Government forced migrant workers to leave their working place and move towards their village for survival. But apart from these deep troubles , there are some positive vibes and news coming from India.  One of the uplifting news came from Delhi where a class 10th student Zareb Vardhan is busy doing good. Like most of his friend in lockdown is busy playing video games and watching TV after classes . Till he saw how the policeman was suffering out on the streets and decided to do something to help . He could make shields so he used his pocket money and bought a 3D printer . He co

And then it spreads faster than public health managers can contain it. Now the world health organization (WHO) has declared a pandemic meaning there is spreading world wide .The death toll is starting to rise and everyone is asking the same question. When will the pandemic end? The WHO will likely declare the pandemic over once the infection is mostly contained and rates of transmission drops significantly throughout the world. But exactly when that happens depends on what global governments choose to do next. They have three main options . Raise through it , delay and vaccinate or coordinate nd crush.  1. In the first , governments and communities do nothing to hold the spread and instead allow people to get exposed as quickly as possible. Due to this measure hundreds and thousands and more get infected instantly and some may perished and
