An addiction is more than just an intense interest in something. It is a medical condition that changes the brain and the body and causes the person to feel compelled to continue using a substance or partaking in an activity.

But addiction towards porn is a big thing to be dealt with...

Porn addiction refers to a person becoming emotionally dependent on pornography to the point that it interferes with their daily life, relationships, and ability to function

Pornographic films, erotic films, or sex films are films that present sexually explicit subject matter in order to arouse and satisfy the viewer. Pornographic films present sexual fantasies and usually include erotically stimulating material such as nudity and sexual intercourse.

Of the total traffic on Pornhub from India, 30 percent of them were women. Globally too, of the total traffic of 33.5 billion on Pornhub, 29 percent of them were women. The categories of interest among female visitors were lesbian, threesome and Japanese.

In some cases, men can develop a psychological addiction to pornography and it can begin to interfere with their sex and social lives. In rare cases, it can be debilitating in both.

HOW TO QUIT WATCHING PORN

1.You believe you may suffer from porn addiction — you watch porn for up to an hour per session, you have trouble getting an erection without porn, or you watch porn which does not match your sexual orientation — then it’s time to do a full reboot.
2.Block all porn sites from your computer and phone.
3. No masturbation for at least a week.
4.Don’t beat yourself up over this.

If not stopped doing this shit..Internet Porn is as similar as Drug Addiction.....
